• 90% of our installers are directly employed by us!
• More than 85% of them have gone through our inhouse training programme and are now either Gas Qualified Experienced Engineers or working towards that goal.
• We have two dedicated, full time company trainers who provide one-to-one training, as well as a team of supervisors who also provide training.
• We use the Kaboodle Training Matrix which logs all appliances a trainee has received training on and details the level of assistance they needed from the supervisor or trainer.
• A trainee must install an appliance a set number of times ‘unassisted’ before they are passed as competent to install this appliance.
• Kaboodle trainees receive very focused training, including handling loading, transporting appliances, customer facing skills, appliance installation, correct use of the company apps and the importance following company procedures.
