New 'Apprentice Swap' Launched to Help Young People Reach Career Goals
Kaboodle have put a call out to plumbing and heating firms to create an industry-first Apprentice Swap to help young people gain qualifications and experience.
“My goal is to establish myself in a field where I can make a positive impact and build a successful and rewarding career."
These are the words of our brilliant Kaboodle Apprentice Installer Ed Harrison!
Ed - along with our two other excellent young apprentices Seb Brooke and James Stephens - have been working hard over the past year to become fully trained installers.
As part of their training, the apprentices are completing their gas certificate!
The problem is, some of the work they need to carry out to complete this qualification, we don't do here at Kaboodle.
So Kaboodle MD Matt Pitt has put a call out to plumbing or heating companies in Herts or North London who would be able to take on our apprentices for a few days to a week, so they can gain some work experience and exposure to boiler servicing and boiler installation.
We are also offering to take on their apprentices in return, to give them exposure to cooker installation.
So, if there’s anyone out there who would be able to help our apprentices gain this vital experience, or who would like to do an ‘apprentice swap’, then please get in touch with Kaboodle MD Matthew Pitt.
